I brought Ella to the dog park and learned she doesn't like mud.

My favorite yoga prop: bolster. I incorporate it into most Yin classes.

We have this pile of blankets, rugs, and curtains that needs to go to Goodwill, but we're going to keep it in a pile in the living room instead because our dog has claimed it as her new throne.
